I have really been struggling to get the workouts in lately – only 2 last week and they were pretty weak too. I’ve beenhaving a few problems with my knee, but I’m hoping that I’ve rested it enough to at least get on the cross trainer, because I have been feeling fat today!!

All the cake that I ate for my flat mate, Abi’s, birthday probably didn’t help either!

I will be back with a real post tomorrow 🙂

    Come on motivation! It’s time to get back out there. Spring is here and now is the time you want to start looking forward to the summer and being outside all the time. Get ready!
