Absolutely Smashed It In The Gym Today.

I may or made not have made a deal with one of the kids at school that I’d at least consider racing him over 5k at the end of the year…. If nothing else, it gave me the kick up the ass that I needed to get back to the gym today!

Warm up – 5 mins walk, speed 5.5

Work out – Alternating 30 seconds walk speed 5.5, 30 seconds run speed 11-13

Cool down – 5 mins walk, speed 4.5

Absolutely smashed it.

Status: sweaty!

    Good on you! I still haven’t quite braved the gym… so not there yet. But I managed to brave the swimming pool and ZUMBA this week too! Will wonders never cease? So maybe I’ll finally be able to get on those nifty machines everyone seems to talk about all the time at some point too lol.
