Time To Get Back In The Gym.

I was hoping to kickstart my ’12 workouts in March’ goal, but already seem to have fallen a little behind on that. Better late than never eh? Here goes nothing….

How are you squeezing your workout in today?

    I’m tired. ready to sleep more. Today’s first workout came at 6 am, a 30 minute bike ride. Tonight is a team swim practice, about 2500 meters. ah, fun times.
