Well, as you’ve probably gathered by now, I’m not one for documenting everything I eat. Neither do I photograph it (always too hungry – just want to eat it!), but I do have a few favourite recipes that I think are good for helping the weight loss along, and they are the ones that I will be sharing here!

Also, for all you Slimming World-ers out there, I’ll try to include syn value etc. as much as I can.
