Oh, hi!

Firstly, Thanks for visiting my page! I’m Sophie, and it’s lovely to meet you!

I want to be a runner, I jazzercise, I like to bake, I love food – all of it, I work as a Graduate Residential Assistant at an international boarding school, I am good at keeping in touch with people and my family are about to move from our country home to the big bad city (well, Plymouth.)

This blog started off as a way to keep track of my journey to a more healthy, fitter life, with a bit of everyday life chucked in for good measure and your own amusement! I wanted to share recipes, get and share support and gain some new ideas.

However, a few months down the line it’s quickly becoming one of the most important things in my life – turns out I really care whether people are reading, or commenting (Please do, even if you’re just saying hello!) and I’m really enjoying writing it. I haven’t written for pleasure since I was at school so this is a big thing!

New Mission Statement: This blog is all about finding a balance between healthy eating, being happy, getting the workouts in, putting all my effort in to a job that I love, seeing my friends and generally finding a balance between it all!
