Baked Bean Lasagne

Very simple Slimming World recipe.

Free on Green and Extra Easy (Providing you use cheese as a Healthy Extra A choice)

Ingredients!

Baked Beans x 2

Tinned Tomatoes x 2

Mushrooms & Onion (As much as you like – Could also add some garlic/herbs I guess)

Lasagne Sheets

Grated cheese.

Method!

Fry off your onions and mushrooms, add beans and tomatoes, and heat through on the hob.

Spoon in to an ovenproof dish, and alternately layer bean mixture with pasta sheets, as you would a regular lasagne.

Add grated cheese to the top, and cook in oven for approx 30 minutes at 170*c.

I usually serve with some salad or veg.
